Email & Joy-Part 1 : more aboutclarence&computerslater(sigh)

After many discussions and finally purchasing a laptop in 2005; my mother Joy has embraced the technology to which most of us are now "attached by the hip" to. She has email....boy does she have email...there are exactly 1536 emails presently,patiently waiting for her attention. Most are chain letters, corny dirty old peep jokes or just plain spam. Please note: There are emails in her inbox from 2008. She's either opened or read but can't quite grasp the delete concept yet
